Prices for
real estate in Turkey continue to rise, according to a report from the country's Central Bank. In August this year, the price index for
residential property in Turkey increased by 3.9 percent compared to the previous month. On an annualized basis, growth was 11.9 percent, adjusted for inflation.

Prices for
housing in the Mediterranean province of Antalya< /a> rose by 41.9 percent over the year.
br> The highest increase in prices for apartments in Turkey was recorded in the Aegean provinces of Aydın, Muğla and Denizli. Housing there has risen in price by 53.7 percent. This is followed by the southeastern provinces of Diyarbakır and Sanlıurfa with 44.3 percent.
In the largest regions of Turkey - Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir - the annual price growth was 30.7 percent, 28.5 and 33.6 respectively.
