In general, sales of
housing in Turkey increased by 15 percent in October compared to the same month last year - from 119,574 units to 137,401. In the ten months of 2021, about 1.1 million residential properties were sold in Turkey, which is 15.2 percent less than in the same period last year. At the same time, foreigners, on the contrary, bought housing by 38 percent more year on year.
