The most popular apartments under construction in Creek Beach, Dubai Creek Harbor and Burj Crown, Downtown. Villas under construction are most often bought in Arabian and Dubai South.
At the beginning of 2020, a strong surge in buying activity was recorded in Dubai. According to the Land Department, only in the first month of the year the number of transactions with
real estate in Dubai increased by 12 percent compared to January 2019. In February, there were 4,356 transactions totaling $9.4 billion.
Experts are seeing an increase in interest in real estate under construction, which speaks to the faith of local, regional and foreign
investors in Dubai, its developers and the quality of construction.
