The average price of
residential property in Dubai fell by 9.2 percent in January 2019 compared to the same period last year, in a month - by 1.7 percent, for the quarter - by 4.2. The average price of housing in the emirate is $732,370.
By type

apartments under construction still prevailed. But since the beginning of this year, deals with
apartments and villas, townhouses have fallen by 42 percent compared to the same period last year. Average cost
apartments at $490,060,
villas/townhouses at $1.3 million, well below $571,740 and 1.5 million respectively for the same properties compared to September 2015. Overall,
Dubai Property prices have dropped 25 percent since 2015.
The annual price decline has been more pronounced in areas such as Arabian Ranches, Emirates Living, International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) and Dubai Sports City, where prices have fallen by more than 10 percent on average.
