mortgage loans overdue by more than 90 days (among the 40 leading regions in terms of the number of active mortgage loans) was recorded in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (0.9 percent), Vologda (1.0), Tomsk (1.0), Arkhangelsk (1.0 ), Omsk (1.1) and Orenburg (1.1) regions. In turn, the largest shares of overdue
mortgage loans were demonstrated by the Chelyabinsk Region (2.1), the Krasnoyarsk Territory (2.1) region (2.1), the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (1.8) and the Stavropol Territory (1.8) and Volgograd Region (1.8). In Moscow and St. Petersburg, this indicator is at the level of 1.6 and 1.1 percent, respectively.
