The Bank of Russia lowered the key rate for the fifth time in a row - to 6.25 percent. Given that the Central Bank may take a break with the key rate, the next two weeks are the best time to
buying an apartment.
Lowering the key rate will make loans and
mortgages even more affordable, but will have a negative impact on the return on deposits. Cheaper
mortgage will increase the demand for apartments, and developers will not have time to dramatically increase the volume of commissioned space. And real estate prices will gradually go up.
Back in early December, the chairman of the Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina, predicted a mortgage rate of 7-8 percent in the medium term. Already today, some credit organizations offer customers
mortgage cheaper than 8 percent. For example, in DOM.RF bank, the minimum rate for
purchase of an apartment is 7.3 percent.
