mortgage lending. Usually this share is 25-30 percent.
The preferential
mortgage program at 6.5 percent was launched at the end April on behalf of the President of Russia. Within the framework of the program, until November this year, you can get a loan for
purchase of a new building worth up to 6 million rubles in all regions of Russia and worth up to 12 million rubles in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
According to the company "Dom.RF", today, the market is experiencing a flow of demand from the secondary market to the market
new buildings. Taking into account the operation of the preferential program, the difference in rates between the primary and secondary housing markets is about 2.4 percentage points.
