Mortgage rates continue to rise for the fourth consecutive month. Last December, the rate on
mortgage loans for shared construction grew by 0.14 percentage points over the month. — from 9.25 to 9.39 percent per annum.

housing mortgage loans (HML) issued for shared construction amounted to 0.38 p.p. (from 9.77 to 9.39 percent per annum), and the HML rate secured by already built housing decreased by 0.05 percentage points. (from 9.80 to 9.75 percent per annum).
In general, for all types of mortgage housing loans issued in December 2018, the weighted average rate was 9.66 percent per annum. Compared to December 2017, when the indicator was 9.79 percent, the rate decreased by 0.13 percentage points
