A study by Rosselkhozbank showed that Russian women who are not officially married take
mortgage loans on
buying an apartment is twice as likely as unmarried men.
According to the credit organization, the main
buyers of apartments in Russia are still families. They account for more than half, namely 57 percent, of all issued
mortgage loans. Unmarried people buy the remaining 43 percent of apartments. At the same time, unmarried women are twice as "brave" than bachelors
buy an apartment with a mortgage. However, over the past year, the proportion of men increased by 1 percentage point and reached 15 percent, while women, on the contrary, decreased to 28 percent.

purchase of an apartment in Russia increased by 22.1 percent over the year and reached 2, 26 million rubles. Among all regions of the country, the size of
