Novosibirsk real estate has increased by 14.4 percent since January of this year - from 84.1 thousand rubles to 96.2.
The leader of Russian cities with a population of over 500 thousand people in terms of price growth per 1 sq. m. m of housing in
new buildings became Krasnodar (66.1 percent). The second was Astrakhan with a price increase of 56.5 percent since the beginning of the year. In third place is Samara (51.6).
