From the regional budget, the legal entity will be provided with subsidies to compensate for lost income associated with the issuance of such loans.

According to the Minister, the cumulative effect of these programs will amount to almost 4.5 thousand loan agreements. At the same time, the regional authorities will spend 155 million rubles in 2019, and the construction market will receive about 2.5 billion rubles annually as attracted capital.
