Novosibirsk ranks seventh in Russia in terms of intensity of growth in prices per square meter
housing in new buildings. The cost of
apartments in new buildings of "millionaire" cities, which traditionally include Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Volgograd, Novosibirsk and others.
The leaders of the list of 16 points remain Moscow and St. Petersburg. The price of one square meter in a new
apartment by the end of 2018 in these cities reached 209,776 and 118,688 rubles, respectively.
Novosibirsk was the seventh in the list. Cost per square meter of new
housing in the capital of Siberia by the end of 2018 amounted to 61,306 rubles. Compared to the same period in 2017 (56,304 rubles), it increased by 9 percent.
The last place was taken by Chelyabinsk, where the issue price is 39,016 rubles per square meter. Prices in this city have increased by only 3 percent compared to last year, as in Moscow. The highest dynamics of prices for
housing in new buildings was registered in Sochi - 24 percent.
