Experts have recorded a drop in
housing entry in Russia. Thus, following the results of the past year, 75.1 million square meters
housing were commissioned in the country, which is 5 percent less than in 2017.
Studies show that in order to achieve the indicators announced by the President of Russia for the
housing construction market (120 million sq. m per year) the total area of commissioning should be increased by 1.6 times.
