In January 2018, the cost of 1 square meter in ">new buildings of the Novosibirsk region amounted to 58,052 rubles. For the year, the price rose by a record 9.3 percent. The largest increase in prices in 2018 fell on 1-room apartments - 9.2 percent, 3-room apartments went up by 8, 9 percent, 2-room apartments - by 5.9, 4-room and multi-room apartments - by 2.5.
