VTB lowered the mortgage rate for families with children to 7.9 percent

On June 22, VTB launched its own mortgage program for families with children at purchasing an apartment in the primary and secondary markets.

Clients who have had a second or subsequent child since January 1, 2020, with buying an apartment will receive a discount of one percentage point from the base rate of the bank. The program will operate until the end of this year.

The rate is fixed for the entire term of the loan and, taking into account comprehensive insurance, will amount to 7.9 percent. Preferential terms of the program are available to clients with children when purchasing apartments both in the secondary and primary markets, if the object does not qualify for state support and provided that the second or subsequent child was born in 2020.

For refinancing loans from other banks, the discount will be 0.9 percentage points.
