20-year visa to Thailand for buying an apartment in Pattaya?

Buyers of apartments in the Southpoint condominium on Pratumnak from Kingdom Property's Pattaya Southpoint development are entitled to a 20-year visa, which is five multiple entry visas. The visa is renewed every four years.
