Gazprombank announced a reduction in rates for the main programs
mortgage lending by 0.2-0.5 percentage points.
< br> Now customers have the opportunity to
get a mortgage at a rate of 9.2 percent per annum when applying for a loan on
purchase of an apartment in the amount of 10 million rubles or more or at a rate of 9.5 percent per annum, if the loan amount is
the purchase of an apartment is from 6 million rubles.
This offer applies to
purchase of apartments located in Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. With
buying an apartment in other regions of the country, a rate of 9.2 percent per annum is applied when applying for a
mortgage loan on amount from 5 million rubles and the rate from 9.5 percent per annum if the loan amount is from 3 million rubles.
At the same time, Gazprombank reduced the minimum interest rate for refinancing by 0.3 percentage points
mortgage loans - up to 9.9 percent per annum.For other basic mortgage programs, rates were reduced by 0.3-0.5 percentage points.
Gazprombank is Russia's third largest bank in terms of assets.
