"Dvushki" in the region cost 4.25 million rubles, 60 percent less than "urban" (6.81 million rubles), another 1 percent more than "three rubles" - RUB 5.74 million against 9.26 million respectively.
There is a logical pattern - a city apartment is more expensive, and the more rooms in the apartment, the more noticeable the difference. The gap between the two regions for prices in multi-room lots (more than three rooms) already differs by almost two times: 7, 43 million rubles in the suburban area and 14.69 million in St. Petersburg.
According to experts, of all types of housing, both urban and regional, the traditionally popular suburban studios have risen in price the most in the first 7 months of 2019. The average price at which you can
buy such an apartment is 2.1 million rubles, which is 7.3 percent more than at the beginning of the year. The reason is that many large projects were completed during this period.
