Over the past year, the average budget of a deal in new buildings

The average budget for a transaction in the mass market segment averaged 3.78 million rubles. At the same time, in
St. Petersburg, the transaction budget increased by 4.1 percent compared to 2017, to 4.19 million rubles, zone - by 6.4 percent, up to 2.77 million. In the business segment, the average transaction amount was 11.06 million, having increased by 6.3 percent over the year. In the high-end segment, the transaction budget increased by 10.8 percent, to an average value of 31.66 million.
The primary reason for the change in the purchase budget was the increase in supply prices in the primary market in 2018, which turned out to be significantly higher than in 2017. In addition, low-cost objects are being washed out of the supply.
