mortgage. The housing loan rate here is 6.51 percent per annum.
The cheapest loan for
buying an apartment also can be taken in the Sakhalin region (6.31) and Yakutia (6.53). Residents of Chukotka can count on a mortgage rate of 6.8 percent, Magadan Oblast - 6.91, Nenets Autonomous Okrug - 6.99.
Mortgage in Russia is becoming less accessible. In August, the number of regions with a rate above 8 percent increased to 11. In July, there were four such regions. At the same time, the number of regions with mortgage rates below 7 percent decreased from eight to six, RIA Novosti reports.
The most expensive mortgage
currently recorded in Sevastopol (rate - 8.77 percent per annum), Ingushetia (8.4), Chechnya (8.28), Krasnodar Territory (8.12), Tyva (8.1), Dagestan and Crimea (8.08 each), Samara Region and Moscow (8.06 each).
The average rate on
mortgage loans in Russia has updated its maximum since April last year, increasing by 0.11 percentage point - up to 7.78.
