mortgage will be issued at only 2 percent.
This was stated by the Minister for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic Alexander Kozlov. According to him, young families and those who plan to use the Far Eastern hectare will be able to use this option
buying an apartment in Vladivostok. The money for these events is already included in the budget.
“In the Far East, 5 percent, and we want even less, and we have money in the program for this. At 2 percent and without a down payment,” the minister of FAN conveys the words.
As conceived by the official, a mortgage at 2 percent and without a down payment will improve the demographic situation in the region.
“Imagine if they will all get their housing, well, if they go, they will stay, they will work and further develop the Far East,” the minister said.
