residential real estate. Over the year, a square meter of housing in the capital of the Far East has risen in price by 12.8 percent.
A square meter in the secondary market of Vladivostok costs 112,284 rubles. This is the fifth indicator in the country, higher than the price only in the houses of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Khimki and Sochi near Moscow.
