Real Estate Investment Opportunities (REIOs) will launch several products, including collective real estate investment funds, procedures for partial registration of property rights for properties owned by several partners, rent apartments in Dubai. The UAE authorities are currently working on the Real Estate Investment Portfolio Law, which is still under review by stakeholders.

In the first quarter of this year, the number of transactions with
