The rate under the Family Mortgage program, which has been in effect since January 1, 2018, has decreased to 5.25 percent.
Families in which a second and/or subsequent child was born from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022 can buy an apartment on preferential terms.
The loan will be issued for
purchase of an apartment or a house from a legal entity under a sale and purchase agreement, an equity participation agreement (DDU ) or assignment under DDU. For residents of the Novosibirsk Region, the amount that can be borrowed is from 500,000 to 6,000,000 rubles for a period of 3 to 30 years. The obligatory condition of the program is the minimum down payment - 20 percent of the cost of the apartment.
The borrower must be a Russian citizen at least 21 years old. At the same time, the age of the borrower by the time of full repayment of the loan should not exceed 65 years. Also among the requirements: at least 3 months at the last place of work - for employees and at least 24 months of break-even business activity for individual entrepreneurs and business owners. Up to four people can be co-borrowers under this program, including spouses, civil spouses and close relatives.
In addition, it is possible to refinance the loan at a reduced rate. The main condition is the same: the apartment must be purchased from a legal entity.
