Housing in Thailand for 2018 has risen in price

According to the Central Bank of Thailand, the increase in prices for houses and apartments in Thailand in 2018 amounted to 3.58 percent. This is slightly higher than in 2017, which was 3.16 percent. For the fourth quarter, prices for residential property in Thailand changed within the statistical error, increasing by 0.1 percent.

In the first 11 months of 2018, sales of real estate in Thailand, including land, grew by 8.3 percent year on year. The transaction volume for this period was $32.51 billion. The number of completed condominiums increased by 36.4 percent year on year to 94,544 units.< br>
Today, the average cost of apartment in Bangkok is $3,640 per sq.m. A 120 sqm apartment in the city center can be purchased for $436,560. Renting them out, you can earn $1,840 a month. Thus, the yield will be 8.05 percent per annum.
