rental property. The company's head of strategy and research, Doug Poutasse, said the firm's decision was driven by the rapid development of the Canadian economy and the growing number of immigrants. The company intends to increase the number of multi-family residential complexes in its portfolio to 15 percent, despite the fact that at the moment their number is less than 10 percent.
