Bangkok's condominium market launched a ten-year record number of new developments in the past ten years.
Last year, 65,000 new condominiums entered the real estate market in the Thai capital. This figure is 11 percent more than in 2017. According to the Bangkok Post portal.
According to Knight Frank Thailand, the total supply of condominiums in Bangkok from 2009 to 2018 reached about 500,000 objects. However, in the second half of last year alone, 42,000 condominiums entered the market - 25,000 in the third quarter and 17,000 in the fourth.
The most popular condominium construction site is the outskirts of Bangkok. The largest number of offers is found along the green and blue lines of public transport. The volume of proposals in this part of the capital is 57 percent of the total number of new buildings that began to be built in the fourth quarter of 2018.
