In February 2020,
sales of an apartment in Dubai doubled compared to January. At the same time,
sales of new buildings in Dubai increased by 7 percent over the month.
The share of transactions with new buildings is 32 percent of all transactions with
housing in Dubai without a mortgage.
The most popular areas for
buying an apartment in Dubai currently under construction are: Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek Harbour, Jumeirah Village, Business Bay and Lebanon. At the same time, Jumeirah Village, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Palm Jumeirah, International City, Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah Lake Towers are buying the most finished housing.
Analysts note a slowdown in the market decline. Over the past month, the average cost of
an apartment in Dubai has decreased by only 0.8 percent. Today,
Apartment in Dubai costs an average of $2,560 per sq.m.
