According to a RIA Novosti study, the Irkutsk region ranks 33rd in Russia in terms of popularity of
mortgages.
The number of
mortgage loans per 1,000 economically active people in the region over the past year was 19.9. Relative to the first half of last year, this indicator decreased by 12 percent. The average size
mortgage loan in the Irkutsk region is 1.8 million rubles.
More active than other Russians for loans to
buying an apartment appeals to the population of the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs and the Tyumen Region. In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, on average, about 32 people out of a thousand annually
buy an apartment on a mortgage. This is 1.7 times more than the national average.
Over the past two years, there has been a large increase in
mortgages< /a>. Last year, a record number of mortgage agreements was concluded, the historical maximum in the total volume of
mortgages. This year, the popularity of mortgages continues to be at a high level.
