mortgage was provided as part of the rate subsidy program at
mortgage loans, TASS reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
45 banks and JSC DOM.RF participate in loans. 9.2 billion rubles were allocated to subsidize interest rates in the federal budget for 2019, 11.5 billion in 2020, and 11.1 billion in 2021.
The authorities also refinanced more than 4,000 loans. More than 700,000 square meters of housing in new buildings received funding. The amount of subsidies from the federal budget has exceeded 400 million rubles.
