According to a study by the Romin holding, more than half of Russians want to
invest in real estate. 52 percent of respondents expressed a desire
to invest their savings in commercial and residential real estate.
$4.1 billion invested. In the total volume of
investment transactions, 67 percent of transactions fell on the share of real estate in Moscow, 27 percent in St. Petersburg, and 6 percent in the regions.
According to the survey, the first place in the structure of transactions is occupied by office real estate (33 percent), the second - by retail (30), and the third - by residential (24).
