The coronavirus pandemic has suspended sports around the world. All European national hockey championships, including in Russia, went on a break. Athletes at all levels have been affected, from professional to amateur and youth. The main problem is the lack of ice.

For the past two months, we, like many other residents of Russia, have been in quarantine. There were no problems with physical preparation, we regularly train at home to keep fit.
The main problem for hockey teams in a pandemic is the inability to continue the training process on the ice. For more than two months we have been without game practice and training on ice. At all sites in the city, the ice has been melted, since it makes no sense to keep it. This is, first of all, unprofitable from an economic point of view.
