In October, for the first time in three months, an increase in transactions for
buying an apartment on a mortgage was recorded in Novosibirsk. Rosreestr's Office for the Novosibirsk Region registered 8,935 mortgage transactions. This is 7 percent more than it was in September (8,322) and 47 percent more than in October last year (6,086).
In the first ten months of 2021, the agency registered 86 thousand
mortgages, which is 36 percent more than for the same last year (63 thousand) and 46 percent more than in 2019 (59 thousand).
More than half of all
mortgage transactions, registered in October with the Rosreestr Office for the Novosibirsk Region were received in electronic form. Thanks to electronic interaction,
mortgage registration documents can be obtained in a short time without visiting the MFC offices. 62 percent of all electronic
mortgages in Novosibirsk are registered within 24 hours.
