Sberbank plans to scale the issuance of
mortgages using virtual reality (VR) technologies. According to Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of Sberbank, such a project has already started in Tula.
"We continue to develop areas of augmented and virtual reality, Sberbank has a Virtual Augmented Reality Laboratory. Recently I was in Tula, my colleagues and I watched how can
sell apartments in virtual reality. As Vedyakhin noted, an additional bonus to
buying an apartment there is a discount on furniture.The bank is now trying this model in Tula together with a selection service and
purchasing an apartment "DomClick".
"Honestly, I almost
bought an apartment in Tula, everything looks so realistic . Perhaps next year we will expand this project in Moscow, and then in other regions of Russia," Vedyakhin added.
