Sberbank will reduce interest rates on
mortgage loans for the purchase of an apartment for military personnel by 0.4 percentage points to 8.8 percent per annum. The rate will be reduced from December 6.
Recall that under the Military Mortgage program from Sberbank, you can
buy an apartment in a new building a> and on the secondary market, a residential building with land or a townhouse. According to Sberbank, the maximum amount
mortgage loan for the purchase of an apartment has been increased to 2.629 million rubles.
At the end of November, Sberbank reduced rates for the main product line: by 0.3 percentage points on
purchase of finished housing and by 0.4 percentage points for
purchase of an apartment in a house under construction in most regions. In six constituent entities of Russia, the rate fell by 0.6 percentage points: Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Tatarstan and Novosibirsk region.
