mortgage loan on
buying an apartment in 2019 amounted to 21-22 thousand rubles, which is about 25-30 percent of the total family income.
The average amount
mortgages last year amounted to 2.1 million rubles. The loan was issued for 10-19 years at a rate of 9.5 10.0 percent. At the same time, almost half (45 percent) of the borrowers
who bought an apartment with a mortgage have no other loan obligations. 14 percent have a credit card, 16 percent have a consumer loan, 3 percent have a car loan, and 18 percent have several different loans.
