According to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko, the average
mortgage rate for the year will be about 10 percent. However, thanks to the decisions of the Central Bank and the government, by the end of the year, the rate began to decline dynamically and today has already reached the predicted figure for next year - 8.7 percent.
At a meeting of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, Mutko noted that the government is counting on the further continuation of the trend to reduce the rate on
mortgage.
main product line: by 0.3 percentage points on
purchases of finished housing< /a> and by 0.4 percentage points for buying an apartment in a house under construction in most regions. In six constituent entities of Russia, the rate fell by 0.6 percentage points: Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Tatarstan and Novosibirsk region.
You can buy an apartment in a new building with a mortgage at a rate of 6.5 percent, in the secondary market - from 8.5 percent.
