Average weighted rate on
mortgage loans on
purchase of an apartment in Russia in November reached the minimum value over the past two years - 9.19 percent. This was announced by the Central Bank.

mortgage was 9.4 percent. The same indicator was in September 2018, after which the rate rose to a level of 10.55 percent in April 2019. In May, it fell to 10.53, in June - to 10.29, in July to 10.24, and in August the rate broke through the round mark of 10 percent for the first time since January.
It is worth noting that at the beginning December, most credit institutions assumed that the average rate for < a href="https://www.gjacip.ru/ipoteka/">mortgage loans to
buying an apartment by the end of 2019, it may fall below 9 percent.
