VTB announced a reduction in the refinancing rate of
mortgages of third-party banks by 0.6 percentage points.
Borrowers can refinance in VTB a loan issued for
purchase of an apartment in a finished house or in a new building. The loan amount can be up to 90 percent of the value of the apartment. The new loan is issued for a period of up to 20 years, the maximum amount is 30 million rubles.
The minimum price parameters for third-party bank borrowers now amount to 9.1 percent per annum for the entire loan term. The special offer is valid until December 31.
