buying an apartment.
Lowering the key rate will make loans and
mortgages even more affordable, but will have a negative impact on the return on deposits. Cheaper
mortgage will increase the demand for apartments, and developers will not have time to dramatically increase the volume of commissioned space. And real estate prices will gradually go up.

purchase of an apartment is 7.3 percent.
