In the first 11 months of 2019, more than 64.8 thousand
mortgage loans were registered in Novosibirsk on
buying an apartment. Compared to 11 months of 2017, the number of registered
mortgages increased by 7 percent in 2019.
Rosreestr Department in the Novosibirsk region summed up the results of work for 11 months of the current year. In November 2019, the Department registered more than 5.8 thousand
mortgage transactions.
The largest number of
mortgage loans for the purchase of an apartment< /a> in 2019 was issued in April - 6.8 thousand. Last year, most mortgages were registered in October – 8.3 thousand.
At the end of November, Sberbank reduced rates for the main product line: by 0.3 percentage points on
purchase of finished housing and by 0.4 percentage points on
buying an apartment in a house under construction in most regions. In six constituent entities of Russia, the rate fell by 0.6 percentage points: Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, the Leningrad region, Tatarstan and the Novosibirsk region.
