Sberbank announced the launch of a campaign that will reduce the rate on
mortgage loans by
buying an apartment when using the "Electronic registration" service.
The promotion will last until June 30, 2020 and applies to preferential state support programs.
"Electronic registration" service "allows you to send documents for state registration of property rights in electronic form, without visiting the MFC and Rosreestr. The participants in the transaction receive the registered documents in their personal account "DomClick".
You can buy an apartment with a mortgage at the minimum rates: in a new building - from 5.9 percent per annum, in the secondary market - from 7.8 percent. The promotion also applies to preferential state support programs: for families with children - 4.7 percent per annum, under the State Support 2020 program - 6.1 percent.
The maximum discount when using DomClick services from Sberbank will be 0, 6 percentage points.
