March turned out to be the most productive month of this year so far in terms of the volume of loans issued for
purchase of an apartment. In March, Russian banks increased the issuance of
mortgages by one and a half times.
The volume of issuance of
mortgages in March increased by 55 percent compared to the same period last year. The number of issued loans for
purchase of an apartment increased by 40 percent.
According to experts, the rapid growth in issuance of
mortgage loans can be caused by the desire of citizens as quickly as possible < a href="https://www.gjacip.ru/kvartira/">to buy an apartment in March due to the growth of the dollar and unfavorable external factors.
In March, the Russians took 65.1 thousands of
mortgage agreements for a total amount of 179.5 billion rubles. For comparison, last year these figures amounted to 46.1 thousand and 115.7 billion rubles, respectively. Over the past month, the number of issued
mortgages increased by 13.6 percent, and the volume of loans issued - by 14.7 percent.
