The average price of
home sales in Canada soared 31.6 percent year on year in March. This is a new high.
In March, houses and apartments for 7.5 percent more than in February. This is a record increase in offers. According to CREA, the number of offers over the past two months has increased by more than 25 percent.
The increase in offers in March caused an increase in
home sales in Canada up 5.2 percent compared to February. More properties came on the market and were snapped up by "hungry" buyers.
