- general maintenance in the daily use of lighting, equipment and appliances.
- damage to the house

Terms of payment:
- Deposit 2 months after booking and will be refunded upon departure after checking the damage
- 1 year stay : prepayment for 6 months rent when booking, the remaining 6 months rent must be paid in advance at the end of the 6th month of rent
- 6 months of stay: prepayment for 3 months rent when booking, the remaining 3 months rent must be paid in advance at the end of the 3rd month rental
