The number of
mortgage loans in Russia that are overdue by 90 days or more is at a historically low level. This was stated by the head of the analytical center DOM.RF Mikhail Goldberg at the annual S&P Global conference.
According to Mikhail Goldberg, the number of overdue
loans today is about 1.9 percent. Two years ago, this figure was 3 percent, in 2010 - 7 percent. > show stable dynamics. As the Central Bank tightens its grip on inflation, the cost of housing is slowly moving towards real growth.
According to DOM.RF forecasts,
