Sberbank lowered rates on
mortgage to
purchase of apartments in new buildings from 7.3 to 7.1 percent. The new rates came into effect on November 8.
According to the press service of the largest Russian bank, this was done as part of a subsidy program with developers. Base rate for
mortgage on
buying an apartment in new buildings is 9.3 percent.
Discount on interest rates on
mortgage a> for loans up to 7 years increased by 0, 2 percentage points and now stands at 2.2 percent. Discount on
mortgages on
purchase of an apartment for a period of 7-12 years remained at the level of 1.5 percent. The bank also provides a one percentage point discount on
mortgage for a period of 12 to 30 years.
