The world famous brand DoubleTree by Hilton has opened its second hotel in Thailand, and it is located in Phuket. The first one was opened in Bangkok. In total, the DoubleTree by Hilton portfolio currently includes 565 hotels with more than 130 thousand rooms.
Recently, the new Minister of Tourism and Sports of Thailand, Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that Phuket should become a year-round resort without pronounced seasonality. The Thai Ministry of Tourism intends to support the tourism industry in Phuket.
The boom in tourism and foreign investment in Phuket real estate has also led to a construction boom that is nearing a seven-year peak. In the first 5 months of this year, 10 new projects for 2,742 apartments were put up for sale in Phuket. Most often
in Phuket they buy apartments worth 95-160 thousand dollars. The second place in demand is occupied by apartments for 32-64 thousand. Also in demand is premium housing with a price of 320 thousand and slightly more modest apartments for 160-240 thousand.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Phuket Banthai Resort is located in Patong, just a few meters from the beach. The complex consists of 290 rooms of various classes ranging from 35 to 350 sq. m. Each room has a private balcony or terrace overlooking one of the three swimming pools or the garden.
DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is the first hotel in Phuket to use digital key technology. The hotel infrastructure also includes a 24-hour gym, five restaurants and bars, a hall for mass events for 400 people with high ceilings and a modern audiovisual system.
