Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality division of developer Emaar Properties, announced the launch of four new hotels in Dubai in 2019 under the brands Address Hotels + Resorts and Vida Hotels and Resorts. Another hotel will be launched as part of a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas.
Online booking is now open for all new hotels. “The city is going to receive over 25 million visitors within six months. We are committed to supporting Dubai's tourism strategy to see 25 million visitors to the emirate annually by 2025,” said Chris Newman, COO of Emaar Hospitality Group.
Address Hotels + Resorts - Address Fountain Views and Address Sky View - will be located in Downtown Dubai. Address Fountain Views will offer guests 193 hotel rooms and suites. It is an impressive complex consisting of three towers, which offer breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. The bridge provides direct access to the Dubai Mall, the most visited shopping and entertainment center in the world.
Vida Harbor Point is the new landmark of the Dubai Creek Harbor mega-project, located just 10 minutes from the International Dubai airport. From here, guests can explore the colorful sights of Creek Marina. The Vida Harbor Point Hotel offers 275 rooms. The hotel has many facilities, including a 177 sq. meters, as well as a gym and a studio. Two themed restaurants and five state-of-the-art meeting rooms next to the Creek Marina Yacht Club complete this unique property.
Address Sky View consists of two magnificent towers connected by what is known as a sky bridge. The hotel offers 169 rooms overlooking the famous Burj Khalifa. The in-house spa is located on the 54th floor and offers stunning city views.
Vida The Hills is an elegant, upscale hotel with 157 rooms located in the Emirates Hills area. Nearby are two of the emirate's premier golf courses. Vida The Hills offers a relaxing getaway with access to Dubai Marina and the sandy beaches of Jumeirah.
