The Rosreestr Office for the Novosibirsk Region has noted an increase in registered mortgages since the beginning of 2019.
In March, the Office registered 5,813 mortgages, up 12 percent from February this year – 5,183 mortgage records, up 28 percent from January 2019.
However, the total number of registered mortgages in the first quarter of 2019 (15,553 transactions) was 9 percent less than in the first quarter of 2018, but 27 percent more than in the same period of 2017.
